| Expansion of lecture courses |
●Global contents producing
A lecture course is prepared for students to understand planning,fund operation and management for global content businesses based on Hollywood businesses which already have a track record of global content development. Teaching materials will be based on Mr. Jason Squire's "Movie Business Book". Mr. Squire is a Hollywood professional of many years and his book has been translated by the Creative Lab of Tokyo University of Technology. Guest lecturers are invited from professional society to demonstrate practical case studies from the content business.

| Business Japanese and Japanese business education |
●Business Japanese language education
Two years of business Japanese language courses, equivalent to 1,000 hours, is provided by the Japanese School at the Tokyo University of Technology.
●Special Japanese language education through a Master's Program workshop
In addition to the 1,000 hours of business Japanese language education mentioned above, students will master technical terms in Japanese by participating in animation, game, and CG work projects.
The glossary of the "digital animation manual" published by Tokyo University of Technology is widely used as a standard in the industry. The students will learn technical terms with this glossary.

| Internship |
●Participation in industry-university joint projects in the University studio
Tokyo University of Technology has many CG and practical game production work environments including a "motion capturing studio". Using these equipment, our researchers have produced professional quality content in cooperation with student staff. In this program, an industry-university joint project team is formed with these staffs and the international students accepted by the Career Development Program. ●Specialized Content Company Internships
At the Tokyo University of Technology, a "Creative Consortium" has been formed consisting of many content companies, including game and animation production companies. These companies have made internships available for students as well. |

| Research Proposal |
●Research on the current condition of content education in Asia
Thanks to the research of the Digital Content Association of Japan and the Japan External Trade Organization, trends in the Asian content industry are becoming visible. On the other hand, Asian universities still have disparate curriculums on content production.This project is to compare differences in those curriculums by analyzing in detail the curriculums of affliated overseas universities in order to clarify educational standards and improve the educational effect on students.
●Special Japanese language education for contents-related terminology
This research is to study methods for creating teaching materials on content-related terminology. The materials would be guided by the experience an academic performance of foreign students. |

●Strengthening ties with overseas universities
The contents education of TUT attracts attention from overseas. Now, it has tied up with universities, such as University of Southern California and Carnegie Mellon University in North America and other universities in Malaysia and Taiwan. There are many foreign students from China, South Korea, and Taiwan, TUT strengthens cooperation. Moreover, with Asian universities and promotes international education.
