Research content
There are various phases in processing our language which we use in daily. Recently, by integrating Deep Learning, machine translation technology has significantly developed. However, it is difficult for computers to understand rhetoric of words (e.g., metaphor, metonymy, etc.). In this project, we study such meaning understanding by utilizing associative information which we have collected from large-scale cognitive experiments.
