2005 ACM Asia Programming Contest - Hachioji, Tokyo
OUTLINE

The 2005 Nationwide Internet Contest (Domestic Contest) is a preliminary contest for any team who belongs to a university or college in Japan.

To participate in the Asia Regional Tokyo On Site Contest (Regional Contest) any team in Japan must compete in the Nationwide Internet Contest (Domestic Contest), and be selected according to the "Asia Regional Tokyo On Site Contest (Regional Contest) - Team Selection Procedure".

Any foreign team (whose all members belong to a university / college in a foreign country) have NO NEED to participate in the Nationwide Internet Contest (Domestic Contest). See "Asia Regional Tokyo On Site Contest (Regional Contest) - Team Selection Procedure" for their selection.

Nationwide Internet Contest (Domestic Contest)
When
Friday, July 1st., 2005. (from 16:30 to 19:30)
Where
a WWW site on the Internet
(the URL is announced to the participants via e-mail)
How
1. Get the problems and input data from the WWW site.
2. Send your answer and program to the specified address via e-mail. For a problem to be judged as "Solved" , your program should process successfully two different input data.

The details will be announced to the participants via e-mail.
Note : the problems are written in English; Also Japanese versions will be prepared.

Based on the results of the Nationwide Internet Contest (Domestic Contest), 27 teams will be selected as contestants of the Asia Regional Tokyo On Site Contest (Regional Contest).

Note: In addition to the above 27 teams, 7 foreign teams and 1 wild-card team will participate in the Asia Regional Tokyo On Site Contest (Regional Contest) on November 3rd. and 4th., 2005.
