| In order to participate in the 2005 Nationwide Internet Contest (Domestic Contest),
organize a team of 3 members and 1 coach.
In a team, all members should belong to the same university/college (including the graduate school), the same junior college (including the advanced course), or the same college of technology (including the advanced course).
Any contestant must satisfy all of the following conditions (see ICPC page for more details) :
1. Any contestant must be a student of
- a university/college,
- a graduate school,
- a junior college (including the advanced course), or
- a college of technology (including the advanced course; excepting 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade students).

2. Any contestant is within 5 years of his/her first admission into the university/college or junior college.
If a contestant is
- a student of "a college of technology" (including the advanced course), or
- a graduates of "a college of technology",
his/her start year of the 4th grade program is regarded as the same as the above university/college admission year. |
| 3. For any contestant, the number of participation in past Asian Asia Regional Tokyo On Site Contest (Regional Contest)s is less than 4. |
| 4. For any contestant, the number of participation in past World Finals is less than 2. |
