Lodging for all participants
(coaches and students) for the days of the contest (November
2,3,4) has been arranged by the Executive Committee of the
Asia Regional Tokyo On Site Contest. The
lodging expenses are covered for coaches and students.
The Lodging place is the Inter-University Seminar House, Inc. (the homepage is in japanese only. We apologize for any inconvenience) which is near to Tokyo University of Technology (the Site of the Contest).
HOW TO GET TO INTER-UNIVERSITY SEMINAR HOUSE
( japanese pronunciation: Daigaku Semina Hausu)

It is a little bit complicate to get the Inter-University
Seminar House or "daigaku semina hausu" in Japanese pronunciation.
Please read the following instruction carefully.

- From Narita Airport to Tokyo station:
You take Narita Express. There are two stations at Narita Airport, Narita Airport station and Airport Terminal 2 station. At any station,
you can take the Narita Express for Tokyo.
It takes about 1 hour.
Charge is 2,940 yen per person.
- From Tokyo station to Hachioji:
Go to the Platform #1 or #2 for CHUO-Line for Hachioji.
Then you can find the orange colored train at the platform #1 or #2.
You should take the train bound for TAKAO.
Just two stations before TAKAO you will find HACHIOJI station.
It takes about 1 hour from Tokyo to Hachioji
by Limited Express.
Charge is 780 yen per person.
- From Hachioji to The Inter-University Seminar House:
You take a taxi at South Exit of Hachioji station.
It takes 5-10 minutes. Taxi fare is about 1,500 yen.
Don't take a taxi at North Exit of Hachioji station.
It'll take much more amount of money and time!
Take a taxi at South Exit and say to taxi
driver "Daigaku Semina Hausu, please."
