Lysolecithins can be formed enzymatically by removing one acyl group from phospholipids. They were reported to be correlated with inflammations. Lysolecithins are usually analyzed by LC-MS/MS. Therefore, it is not handy. We aim to establish more convenient method for the detection of lysolecithin by HPLC and to discuss the physiological importance of lysolecithin. |
