１．Asynchronously connected communities are enabled by the Internet. I am studying on the processes to produce result in the communities that share their objectives, such as Open Source Software communities. I am working on layered membership and motivation to participate the communities. ２．Organizational processes are mainly supported by communication. ICT enrich inter-personal communication mode. As the result, organizational processes are changing. For example, asynchronous communication enabled by electronic mail loosen the restriction of time and distance in workplace. I am interested in not only cost reducing processes but also value creating processes. |
