Research content
In this laboratory, we are studying that research on functional foods ingredients effective for allergy, aging and depression. By using cells and animals, we examine what effect food ingredients and how effective they are. Current research topics are anti-allergic foods (green soybeans, corn silk, Gynura bicolor), anti-aging foods (cereal; resorcinol alkylresorcinol), anti-depressive foods (myoga aldehyde).
