| In this research, for university students and graduate students, considering the individual's health as healthcare media, visualizing the effect when implementing individual self-care, implementation to make reasonable improvements practices. Stepping up with a reasonable flexible or small improvement based on PDCA cycle, one cycle is 1 to 2 weeks and the PDCA cycles of 2 to 4 months is practiced repeatedly, then total improvement becomes better effect. In this report, we introduce the effect and show the effectiveness of our method. |
